We had been searching for a home long-distance for over a year with zero results. But I couldn’t have felt more confident with Lynda by our side. She was in it with us, every step of the way. With a lessor Realtor®, I am sure the deal would have fallen apart. She was amazingly proactive at addressing and attending to any difficulties we faced and jumped in on our behalf everywhere she could, to keep the process as smooth as possible. She used every contact and resource available through her years of experience, to secure this home for us. Lynda was highly invested in us and in the process, and responsive and available at all times. Even after the close of our purchase, she has continued to be invaluable in helping us and our children settle into our new neighborhood from finding new doctors, to where to get a good haircut! Lynda is a fantastic, organized, and thorough realtor! There is no doubt she has her client's best interest in mind in everything she does. She is full-service, often going beyond the call of duty to get things done correctly and on schedule. Three things in particular (amongst many others) come to mind with the sell of our home --she helped me paint baseboards when we unexpectedly realized the new carpet was lower pile than the one we had before, she figured out and then fixed our spring hinges for our door when time was of the essence and I was knee deep packing, and even googled a solution to remove a big screen TV off a bracket we forgot how to release. (Our brains were mush at that point. She went to bat for us to get the home closed ON TIME and was always more than willing to make calls or be at the house for appointments when we couldn't be. She is patient and takes time explaining each step of the listing process, documents, and the timeline. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, and I highly recommend her! She will not let you be disappointed as your happiness and satisfaction is clearly her #1 priority.

Lynda was awesome to work with, she was recommended by previous clients that used her and did not disappoint! We purchased a new home and sold our home through her. She knows the North County San Diego area very well and had great insider knowledge on child-friendly neighborhoods, communities, school districts, and intimate knowledge of community floorplans and even cul-de-sacs of choice. She was able to save us time in looking for homes (especially in times of COVID where appts are necessary) by guiding us to specific areas of interest and weeding through properties, she was fast and flexible for viewings and in the sale of our home.
